Payment
Payment in full is required to begin production unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, checks,Venmo, PayPal, Cash App and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
Payment in full is required prior to order pickup or shipment.
Returned checks are subject to a $25 NSF fee.
Turnaround Times
DTF Printing: 4-6 business days after artwork approval and deposit receipt
Printed Products: 3–7 business days
Promotional Products: 3–10 business days (varies by product)
Turnaround times do not include shipping. Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Rush Orders
Rush production may be available depending on current workload and is subject to a rush fee of up to 35%. Please contact us before placing a rush order.
Out-of-Stock Items
In the event a garment or product is unavailable, S Squared Print Co. may recommend a comparable substitute. Pricing may vary. If you choose to wait for restocking, production begins once items are received.
Estimates, Quotes & Proposals
All estimates and quotes are valid for 15 days and subject to change due to artwork revisions, product availability, or production requirements.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S Squared Print Co. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from customer-provided content or misuse of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which S Squared Print Co. operates.
Changes to Terms
S Squared Print Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Printing Methods & Materials
Unless otherwise specified in writing, S Squared Print Co. reserves the right to select the printing method, ink type, and imprint size best suited for each job.
Customer-Supplied Materials
Customer-supplied items are subject to a 2% misprint allowance. Misprints will be credited as a print credit only. No refunds or replacement items will be issued for customer-supplied materials.
Artwork, Proofs & Approval
Artwork proofs are provided to confirm order details. Written approval is required before production begins.
Once artwork is approved, all sales are final.
You certify that you own or have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, or trademarks.
Color Accuracy (Brother GTX Pro DTF Printing)
S Squared Print Co. utilizes a Brother GTX Pro direct-to-garment (DTG) printer, which produces high-resolution, full-color prints. While DTG technology allows for detailed and vibrant designs, exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed due to variations in garment material, fabric color, pretreatment levels, ink absorption, and curing processes.
Colors displayed on digital proofs or screens may differ from the final printed garment due to monitor calibration and the DTG printing process. Pantone (PMS) color matching is not guaranteed with DTG printing. We will make every reasonable effort to achieve the closest possible color match, but slight color variation is considered normal and acceptable.
If precise color matching is critical, customers are encouraged to request a printed sample prior to full production. Additional fees and extended turnaround times may apply. Color variation between print runs or garment styles does not constitute a defect.
Mistakes & Misprints
If S Squared Print Co. is responsible for an error, affected items will be reprinted at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered.
Copyrights & Ownership
All artwork, designs, separations, proofs, and production files created by S Squared Print Co. remain our property and may not be reproduced or altered without written consent.
Completed work may be displayed in portfolios, social media, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Shipping & Pickup
Orders ship via standard ground service unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are not included unless stated. S Squared Print Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. Local pickup may be available by appointment.
Packaging
Orders are shipped in bulk packaging unless special services are requested. Individual bagging, folding, labeling, or sorting is available for an additional fee.
Order Inspection
Orders must be inspected upon receipt. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be honored.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are subject to fees based on production status. Deposits may be non-refundable once production has begun. Restocking and return shipping fees may apply.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be applied to finished products as required by law. Design, setup, and shipping fees may be exempt depending on jurisdiction.
Resellers
Resellers must provide a valid State Resale Certificate prior to order processing.
Ethical Standards
S Squared Print Co. reserves the right to refuse service.
